Free toolkit · Claude & Claude Code
The Anti-Slop Skill Pack (2 skills, copy straight off the page)
Both skills in full, ready to copy. One checks a draft before you publish, the other rewrites flat prose into something only you could have written. No download needed, the files are on the page.
What’s inside
- 1Which one to use
- 21. Specificity Pass
- 32. Pre-Publish Check
Two Claude skills, both built for the same problem from opposite ends. Copy the code blocks below into SKILL.md files and drop them in your skills folder.
Install: save each block as SKILL.md inside a folder named after the skill, then put that folder wherever your agent keeps skills. For Claude Code that's .claude/skills/.
Which one to use
Specificity Pass runs while you write. It finds every line that could have appeared in anyone else's newsletter and rebuilds it with detail only you have. Where the detail isn't on the page, it brackets the gap and asks you rather than inventing a number.
Pre-Publish Check runs before you hit publish. It logs how a piece was actually made, flags the patterns that get honest writing wrongly labelled, and drafts your AI disclosure.
Neither edits toward a detector score. That's deliberate. Pangram trains against AI text written to mirror real human documents, so it reads generation fingerprints rather than surface habits like em dashes. Humanisers get caught over 90% of the time, and the ones that slip through manage it by making the writing worse.
That’s the first part. The rest of this guide is free too.
