  2. 21. The paste-able block
  3. 32. Where to paste it
  4. 43. What actually changes
  5. 54. The three jobs

The problem this fixes

It was never that AI gives you too much. It is that the answer sits in paragraph four, under "Great question! Let me think about this."

You read nine sentences to find one instruction.

These 10 rules move the answer to the front. They come from a free, open-source project called i-have-adhd, 11,000+ stars on GitHub, MIT licence. No diagnosis needed to use them. They are a good description of how output should be shaped for any busy human.

!Ten rules, three jobs: Shape, State, Silence

That’s the first part. The rest of this guide is free too.
