I'm about to start a fresh chat. Write short notes so the new chat can carry on without this one. Cover what we decided, what's finished, what's next, and any exact wording or numbers I'd hate to lose. Keep it under 150 words.
What you should get back
Here's the kind of thing you'll get back, in 141 words:
The Second Visit: handoff notes
Decided: 10-lesson weekday email course with templates for local service businesses (1-10 staff, owner does marketing). $29 flat, 14-day refund, no crossed-out $97. Bonus: Zoom Q&A, Feb 18. Feeds $1,500 package (with Priya, staggered starts), pitched only in Lesson 10, the Q&A and a follow-up email.
Dates: Dec 4 drafts; Dec 18 final; Jan 5 sales page; Jan 12 warm-up; Jan 19/21/26 launch emails (closes 11:59 p.m. Jan 26); Feb 1-12 course; Feb 25 follow-up; Apr 2 review: beat $9,088 with 3+ package sales.
Keep: Dana: 40 emails, 11 bookings in a week (quote approved; Dana reviews wording; confirm "last year"). A/B test, 15% each, by clicks: "The customers who meant to come back" vs "They said they'd be back."
That’s the first part. The rest of this guide is free too.
