Video Intake

Turn a raw talking-head recording into a clean, cut take with word timings, face frames and a ready video folder that every other editing skill in this pack builds on. Checks the file, transcribes it word by word, cuts the pauses on true silence only, and copies in the video starter page.

Install it in two minutes
The same zip works in the Claude app and in Claude Code.
In the Claude app
- Download the zip. Keep it zipped.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Go to Customize → Skills, press +, then Create skill → Upload a skill, and pick the zip.
- Type
/video-intakein any chat, or just ask for the job. Claude reaches for it on its own.
In Claude Code
- Download the zip to your Downloads folder.
- Run this in your terminal:
- Start a new session and type
/video-intake.
