Week 1 builds the repo. Everything after it writes into that repo and reads from it, so you never explain yourself to Claude twice. It ends before Christmas.

The system installs into your own Claude. No Claude Code, no install. Everything you build lives in a repo you own, so it keeps working after the six weeks end.

Common questions
Do I need Claude Code?
Yes. The system installs into your own Claude Code. Without it there is nothing to install it into, so have it running before the first call on 9 November.
What is the difference between the two tiers?
The cohort ($1,500) gets the full system with your voice installed, six live group calls, the community and three months of updates. The cohort plus 1:1 ($3,500) adds two 90-minute sessions where I install and then tune your voice myself, a personal review of your 30 posts, and priority support. The 1:1 tier has 5 spots.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for one live call a week. In weeks one and two you also build the system. In weeks three to six you write and post every day for 30 days.
What if I miss a live call?
Every call is recorded. Watch it back and bring your questions to the community.
What time are the live calls?
Every call is recorded, so you can watch it in your own time zone if the live time does not suit you.
Is it a course or software?
Neither on its own. It is a live six-week cohort, and the system you build lives in your own repo and runs in your own Claude Code. You keep it when the six weeks end.
What happens after the six weeks?
The system stays in your repo and keeps working. You get three months of updates as it changes.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The cohort is $1,500 in full or 3 monthly payments of $525. The cohort plus 1:1 is $3,500 in full or 3 monthly payments of $1,225.
What is the refund policy?
Leave before the end of week 2 (Friday 20 November) and you get a full refund. After that: post 30 times in the 4 weeks of the challenge with the system and send us the 30 links. If you are not happy, you join the next cohort free. For anything else, email hello@charliehills.ai before you apply.
Can my team or agency do this together?
Yes. Company and agency projects are scoped separately on a call. Use the form in the companies and agencies section and we book a call.
