Shape every answer so the bottom line comes first. Sentence one is the answer, the number, the verdict or the one thing to do. Everything after it is support.
The ten rules inside come from the open-source i-have-adhd project. I packaged them as a skill and use them every day.
Install it in two minutes
The same zip works in the Claude app and in Claude Code.
In the Claude app
- Download the zip. Keep it zipped.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Go to Customize → Skills, press +, then Create skill → Upload a skill, and pick the zip.
- Type
/answer-firstin any chat, or just ask for the job. Claude reaches for it on its own.
In Claude Code
- Download the zip to your Downloads folder.
- Run this in your terminal:
- Start a new session and type
/answer-first.
