Mine your own Claude Code history for what keeps going wrong, then fix it at the source. Finds corrections you had to give more than once (a rule should have stopped them), jobs you keep typing by hand (a missing skill), context you keep pasting in (a missing fact), and the kinds of work eating the most hours.

Install it in two minutes
The same zip works in the Claude app and in Claude Code.
In the Claude app
- Download the zip. Keep it zipped.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Go to Customize → Skills, press +, then Create skill → Upload a skill, and pick the zip.
- Type
/improve-systemin any chat, or just ask for the job. Claude reaches for it on its own.
In Claude Code
- Download the zip to your Downloads folder.
- Run this in your terminal:
- Start a new session and type
/improve-system.
