Company Setup
/company-setup
The setup step for the admin pack. One interview writes the company profile every other admin skill reads.

Install it in two minutes
The same zip works in the Claude app and in Claude Code.
In the Claude app
- Download the zip. Keep it zipped.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Go to Customize → Skills, press +, then Create skill → Upload a skill, and pick the zip.
- Type
/company-setupin any chat, or just ask for the job. Claude reaches for it on its own.
In Claude Code
- Download the zip to your Downloads folder.
- Run this in your terminal:
- Start a new session and type
/company-setup.
Automation Audit
Audit the recurring jobs you have handed to an AI assistant and find the ones that are in the wrong place.
CRM Hygiene
Dedupes, enriches, and tidies a contact or CRM table so the records are clean, current, and free of duplicates.
Doc Drafter
Produces a solid first draft of a business document or contract from a short brief.
Expense Wrangler
Finds receipts and invoices in Gmail and logs them as clean rows in an expense tracker (Airtable or a paste-ready sheet block).
Follow Up Chaser
Finds the email threads where you are waiting on someone else, then drafts the nudge for you to send.
Inbox Executive Assistant
Turns a chaotic inbox into a prioritised brief with reply drafts ready for you to send, and surfaces the day's meetings.
