Expense Wrangler

Finds receipts and invoices in Gmail and logs them as clean rows in an expense tracker (Airtable or a paste-ready sheet block), ready to hand to Xero for the books, one confirmation before any write.

Install it in two minutes
The same zip works in the Claude app and in Claude Code.
In the Claude app
- Download the zip. Keep it zipped.
- Open Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Go to Customize → Skills, press +, then Create skill → Upload a skill, and pick the zip.
- Type
/expense-wranglerin any chat, or just ask for the job. Claude reaches for it on its own.
In Claude Code
- Download the zip to your Downloads folder.
- Run this in your terminal:
- Start a new session and type
/expense-wrangler.
