THE SHORT ANSWER

Claude can design graphics, build full websites, edit video and create motion design. Claude Design is Anthropic's tool for visual work. Claude Code goes further, because it writes the code behind the design and renders it. I built my website and edit my YouTube videos this way, with no design software.
