Arena: Make 100 Claudes fight for one answer

Arena makes up to 100 copies of Claude fight over your task until one answer is left. The install, the commands, what it costs, and our blind test: it won on a script and a caption, and lost on a hook.

What’s inside

  1. 1How it works
  2. 2The strategy cards
  3. 3Install it (about 2 minutes)
  4. 4Run it
  5. 5What it costs
  6. 6When we tested it
  7. 7The fine print

How it works

  1. Spawn. Every copy gets your task, word for word, plus its own strategy card.
  2. Attack. Copies pair off. Each one attacks the other's answer: what's wrong, what it missed, the exact input that breaks it.
  3. Defend. Each side answers every attack and rewrites its answer to fix what it conceded.
  4. Judge. A separate judge scores both answers on a written rubric. The loser is out.
  5. Repeat. 100 becomes 50, then 25, 13, 7, 4, 2, 1.
  6. Final check. If you started from an answer you rejected, a last judge compares the winner with it, blind. It tells you the score even when your old answer wins.
The judge's rubric, out of 100:
